The Egg & I Opening in Flower Mound, TX

I don't know about you, but breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.  It's sometimes even my favorite meal for dinner.

I drive by this corner of Morriss and FM 407 in Flower Mound many times a week and saw construction going on for a few weeks at the old Blockbuster Video.  Then, on one of my trips by this corner, I saw the sign of what's to come:

The Egg & I

WOO HOO!  I have fond memories of The Egg & I that is in Plano.  While pregnant with child #3, I visited this warm and yummy restaurant for a brunch of pancakes and was not disappointed.  There is a extensive menu of breakfast and lunch items, full of creative and equally economical cuisine.

My dad will be happy that there is a senior discount of 10% and military discount of the same amount.  Meeting places are hard to come by in this area but The Egg & I has a room that can accomodate up to 30 people and has a high-definition TV and even free WiFi.

The Egg & I is even hiring so if you're looking for a job, and potentially a career, click here to find out how you can be part of the team.

Hours of operation will be Monday-Friday 6am-2pm and weekends from 7am-2:30pm.  Get ready Flower Mound and Highland Village...another great restaurant is coming to town!

Take a look at their menu here!
